How to score more Extrabucks rewards
Batteries, candy, gum, paper towels: CVS is featuring several items that have Extrabucks rewards equal to the item’s price, from today through Saturday. Although you will pay the full price at the register, you will essentially be getting the item at a net cost of zero since your Extrabucks reward works just like cash on a future purchase. Items that will be “free” after Extrabucks include: CVS AA/AAA Alkaline batteries (four count; $4.19 value), Butler Gum Supreme toothbrushes (two count, $2 value), candy singles including Hershey’s, Starburst, Skittles and Necco Wafers (79 cents), Orbit gum (14 count, $1 value), and Viva Vantage paper towels single roll ($1.99 value).
Sales at Kroger

Clementines, pork, soda, cereal, pizza: Kroger stores are closed today for the holiday, but will be open tomorrow with new sale prices. Clementines 3-pound bags are on sale for $3.99 each, boneless pork loin is $1.99 per pound, and Coca-Cola product 12-pack cans are on sale for $3.33 each when you buy three. Select General Mills cereals are on sale for $2.99 each. When you buy two, you will save $3 at the register so your cost will be $1.49 per box. If you use two of the $1-off-three coupons from the Nov. 16 SmartSource to buy six boxes, you will pay $1.16 per box. Take a break from turkey leftovers and get frozen Tombstone or Red Baron pizzas for $3 each and frozen DiGiorno and California Pizza Kitchen pizzas for $4.99 each.
